Dr. Sandeep Mellacheruvu is a dedicated researcher and academic professional who has worked with a diverse patient population. In addition to his extensive work in clinical trials, he teaches students and designs the curriculum as the associate dean of clinical sciences at the Windsor University School of Medicine. Dr. Sandeep Mellacheruvu has developed various clinical skills during his medical career, including clinical evaluations, medical and psychological patient management, family and multi-disciplinary meetings, teaching, and much more.

Dr. Mellacheruvu’s academic background includes time at the Armed Forces Medical College and a master of public health from Benedictine University. He participated in a residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center and completed a clinical research professional development program at the Kriger Research Institute. He has achieved several additional certifications, including his health education specialist and good clinical practices certifications with the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing.

When he is not managing activities at the Windsor University School of Medicine or engaging with professional groups such as the Indian and American Medical Association, he enjoys international travel and playing cricket.
